The Henley Residences is made up of 70 terraces fronting Henley Park in Sydney’s Inner West. The development consists of a Basement parking, being sleeved by 3 story terraces facing the park, and 2 story terraces on top of the podium. Understanding the market, a key design principle was to maximise the number of direct access links from private garages within the basement to each dwelling. With the development facing the park it was also critical to provide permeability throughout the site to the surrounding context.

Materials and screening were carefully curated to provide a consistent architectural language, but individual character to each home.
