Sovereign Hills is a collection of 65 attached and detached dwellings located in Port Macquarie. The site is located adjacent natural bushland and within walking distance to a Regional College and local Town Centre. The Architecture draws inspiration from its coastal and bushland surrounds, but also responds to the adjacent Town Centre.

The masterplan was designed to maximise the amount of houses fronting open space, whilst creating an internal street network with numerous community gardens.
