Designed for Meriton, Rothschild Ave was the second stage for this Precinct of 4 stages. Sitting adjacent a corner park, the Ground floor is sleeved with Retail to activate the park, whilst providing community connectivity with a through site link to surrounding transport.

All Ground floor apartments were designed with stoops to promote community interaction with a fine grain and engaging connection to the public domain.

The façade is composed of two main elements; face brick, rendered/ painted precast and metal are used extensively throughout the street elevations. The simplicity of the façade relies on the clever use of the varied materials and textures as opposed to an over-articulated built form.
